Main responsibilities:
–  Assess listing SEOs, M&A and cover warrant documents
–  Manage listed companies regarding listing regulations, disclosure and trading on HOSE
–  Supervise and conduct reports regarding Corporate Governance compliance of listed companies
–  Cooperate with SSC and MOF to inspect public companies
–  Cooperate with MOF, VCCI, CIEM to conduct policies research
–  Support FDI and fund businesses in investment activities via the stock market and the bond market
–  Represent HOSE to join in conferences

Main responsibilities:
–  Give advices to clients in investments
–  Conduct trading in both buy and sell sides
–  Conduct research regarding listed companies

Financial Advisor, Financial Advisory Services

Main responsibilities:
–  Analyse the internal and external factors in the market and M&A deals – Assist senior managers in conducting valuation reports and models
–  Assist investors in buy and sell sides
–  Find potential investors to support deals and investments
