Anh Tran is a Senior Consultant and Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison Vietnam, with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She began her career at Procter & Gamble in 1995, where she quickly advanced into key roles in Training & Development and Rewards & Recognition. She successfully launched corporate training programs and benefit plans that significantly improved talent retention. Later, at GlaxoSmithKline, she led HR strategies post-merger, fostering a unified team culture aligned with business goals. As HR Director at Dumex Vietnam, she played a vital role in business turnaround, increasing market share from nearly 0% to 6% within 3 years, while managing major mergers with NUMICO and Danone.

In 2007, she joined Liberty Vietnam’s leadership team to build HR strategies for its startup phase, helping establish a strong employer brand and culture. Returning to GSK in 2010, she led impactful HR initiatives that contributed to continuous business growth, low turnover, and global recognition, including being ranked among Vietnam’s top 100 employers. Anh has served as an internal consultant for over 18 years, specializing in talent management, change management, performance development, and strategic HR capability building. She is also a certified Executive Coach and DDI-Certified Facilitator, delivering leadership development workshops across Asia.
